Wow, I'm impressed! You have quite a way with color - you should use it more often! ^^ I love the shading on his hair, and the armor detail is striking, made even more dynamic with the coloring to bring out the highlights in the metal. The colors of the figures are well chosen and fit with the mood, but the bright colors of the curtains and cape suck away from the people. Again, very cool ^^

Whole damn time my sister (a far better artist than myself) screamed over my shoulder "contrast!". I had to ask what the fuck she meant and she told me that it meant to darken shit so it stood out. ^_^; I'm a boob. Took frickin forever and I suck so badly at coloring, I don't know if I'll ever do massive coloring like this again. o_o I'm just too pansyish. That or I'll switch to markers, colored pencils take FOREVER.
